Service Description

We require all new patients to fill out the necessary paperwork prior to their appointments with us. We are able to send online paperwork straight to the patients phone number, or email. Or if you are unable to do the paperwork online, we can print it out for you. The initial visit usually takes around 30 minutes as it includes an exam, answering any questions the patient may have, and the adjustment.
