Thank you for trusting your chiropractic care to Locklin Chiropractic. When you schedule an appointment with Locklin Chiropractic we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients that may be waiting for an appointment. Due to the increasing number of no shows and missed appointments we are forced to make these changes. Please see our Cancellation/No Show Policy below.

Appointment Cancellation/ No Show Policy:

​

  • Effective as of February 2022 any established patient who fails to show or contact our office with at least a 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule will be considered a NO SHOW and charged the full standard rate of $45.

  • Any new patient who fails to show for their initial visit will NOT be rescheduled.

  • The fee is charged directly to the patient; NOT the insurance company and will be due by the time of the patients next visit. 

  • Repeated no shows may result in dismissal from the practice. 

  • As a courtesy, when the time allows we make reminder phone calls or send reminder emails. If you do not receive a call or email the policy still remains in effect.

We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you experience extenuating circumstances please contact the office, we may be able to waive the no show fee.
